Connecting Skello to your cash register software allows you to correlate turnover and sales with employees' working time in order to analyze performance.

The integration is compatible with Odoo version 13 and above for Odoo.sh and Odoo SaaS. A "custom" plan is required for activating the Odoo integration. (Odoo Pricing).

Step 1: Go to Odoo to retrieve your account URL.

Step 2: Go to the "Settings" tab to get the version of Odoo you're using.

Step 3: Find the name of your database by enabling developer mode and looking for the data on your homepage.

On the Skello interface:

Then, to connect your software to Skello:

Step 1: Choose a name for your connection.

Step 2: Enter the URL of your Odoo instance.

Step 3: Choose the Odoo version you're using.

Step 4: Enter the name of the database.

Step 5: Enter your Odoo username.

Step 6: Enter your Odoo password (if you have enabled two-factor authentication, you will also need to enter an API key - see tutorial below).

⚠️ If you have enabled MFA on your Odoo account, you will need to set up an API key and use it instead of your password.

Step 6-1: To generate an API key, log into Odoo and click on the button at the top right and then "Preferences."

Step 6-2: Select "Account Security."

Step 6-3: Select "New API Key."

Step 6-4: Enter your password.

Step 6-5: Give your API key a name and set it as "persistent" duration.

Step 6-6: Here is your API key, which you can use in the Skello funnel to connect to Odoo.

Step 7: Click "Connect" to finalize the connection.

Step 1: Select the company in Odoo to connect.

Step 2: Click "Validate" to finalize the connection.
