How to use the Skello Assistant?

Why is it important?

The Skello Assistant saves you time by quickly providing key information about your employees. No more searching through documents, everything you need is at your fingertips to make decisions faster and manage your teams efficiently. It's a simple, practical tool designed to make your daily work easier.


How does the Skello Assistant work?

What can the Skello Assistant do?

  • Provide HR and contractual information about your employees (contract type, salary, working hours, etc.).

  • Search for information about a specific employee, for example: "What is Marc's store?" or "What is Ludovic's employee ID?"

  • List employees based on specific criteria, such as: "Who is on a fixed-term contract?" or "Who earns more than 30€/hour?"

  • Perform simple calculations, such as: "What is the percentage of permanent contracts?" or "What is the gender balance in my team?"

What the Assistant cannot do yet:

  • Manage schedules, clock-ins, or reports.

  • Access history, documents, or dashboards.

  • Update data for you (for example, changing a phone number).


Security and Access

Who can access the data?
Only those who already have access to the data based on their permission levels can access it. Access is strictly limited to authorized users according to their roles within the organization. Only a person with an admin license can access the Skello Assistant.

Who can access the conversations?
As an administrator, you will only have access to your own conversations. You cannot access another administrator's conversations. Additionally, only a person with an administrator license can access the Skello Assistant. Conversations are therefore completely private: your access, your conversations.

Are there any risks in using the beta version?
There is no risk to your account or data. The Assistant is tested in a secure environment and does not modify any data. Some answers may be incomplete, but this does not affect your use of Skello.

Do you use my data to train the AI for another account?
No, the Assistant cannot access your account's data to share with another client.

We respect data partitioning, meaning that your information is strictly private and not used to train the AI or shared with other clients.

What types of data have you used to train the Skello Assistant?
The Skello Assistant is based on a generative AI model, which requires continuous training to improve performance. To do this, we have used a test account database consisting of fictitious data to test and train the model without using real client data.

How long are the data stored?
Conversations and the data associated with them will be stored for the duration of your contract to allow for continuous improvement of the Assistant. They will be used to refine the model. Conversations are protected and managed securely, just like any personal data. You can rest assured that the confidentiality and security of your data remain our priority.


Usage and Flexibility


Am I required to use the Skello Assistant?
No, you are not required to use the Assistant. You can stop using it at any time. If you prefer to speak with an advisor, simply exit the conversation and contact us directly.

Does the Assistant slow down the performance of Skello?
No, the Assistant does not impact Skello's performance. It operates alongside your interface and does not affect the speed of your actions.
