How to assign a mission?
Here’s how to associate a mission with a shift:
Go to your schedule: Open the planning view where you want to add a shift.
Add a shift: Click on a time slot to create a shift.
Select a mission:
You can either choose an existing mission or create a new one directly from the shift window.
Filter by mission: After assigning missions, use the “mission” filter to see all related shifts.
Save changes: Once the mission is assigned, save the changes so employees can see it in their schedule.
Impact of assigning missions
SMS & Mobile app: The mission name will replace the location name in SMS notifications and in the app. Employees will access full mission details in their shifts.
Mobile clock-in: When clocking in or out, employees will see the mission name and description on their mobile device.
