Where can I find my subscription details?

For Standard or Max Planning, Standard or Max Time Clock, or Duo plans

You can find all the details of your subscription (subscribed plan, billing and payment information, invoices, etc.) in the “Subscription and Billing” tab.

This tab is accessible from:

Option 1: via the profile menu

  • Click the arrow next to your initials at the top right of your Skello space.

  • Click on the Subscription and Billing tab.

Option 2: via the organization settings

  • Go to the organization settings.

  • Click on the Subscription and Billing tab.

From this section, you can:

  • Access all information related to your subscription: subscribed plan details, price, duration and type of commitment, number of active employees, etc.

  • View and edit the billing address (address shown on invoices).

  • View and edit the billing email (email where invoices are sent).

  • View and edit the payment method (card or IBAN)

  • View and download your invoices

For Basic, Success and Premium plans

Contact your account manager or Skello support if you have any questions regarding your subscription.
