How to manually add your data for activity prediction?

If you don’t have an integration with your cash register, you can manually import data to use activity prediction.

  1. Importing data


Go to Settings → Your establishment’s settings → Activity prediction → Download the file to add your data.

Once the import file is downloaded, you can copy/paste the data (daily totals) from your cash register software.


2. Integrate the file


The accuracy of the calculation depends on the history you provide. The more complete it is, the better the prediction.

Once your file is complete, you can upload it directly in the designated space.


3. Detail data by 15-minute intervals


This helps to better understand performance trends. You can fill in the data again via copy/paste.


4. Choose the calculation method and add variation periods


At this stage, you can define the calculation method that suits you best:

  • Same day last year

  • Same day last month

  • Same day last week

After choosing the reference period, you can add one or more variation periods.

Finally, go to the schedule in the daily view to check and/or modify your activity forecasts.
