Multiposting in JOIN refers to the automatic distribution of your job postings across several job boards, to help you attract candidates with less manual effort.
Types of multiposting
JOIN offers three types of job posting distribution:
Standard multiposting (Standard Free or Standard): organic publication on a selection of job boards (LinkedIn, Jobrapido, Jooble, Google for Jobs, etc.). Automatic publication. Organic visibility.
Advanced multiposting: organic publication on all job boards (LinkedIn, Jobrapido, Jooble, Google for Jobs, Indeed, etc.). Automatic publication with the ability to select the boards. Organic visibility with 1.5x more applications on average.
Paid multiposting (all users): paid publication on all job boards available on JOIN. Manual selection and purchase of one or more products. Paid visibility: boosted exposure, targeted reach, priority placement.
The exact job boards may vary depending on your account's country, the job's location and the regulations applicable in your region.
Standard job boards
Every job you publish via JOIN is automatically distributed to a selection of standard organic job boards, based on your location and other criteria. These job boards help generate organic traffic and applications, with no manual action required.
By default, JOIN distributes your job posting to the following standard job boards: Google for Jobs, Jobchannel, Careerjet, meinestadt.de, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Kimeta, Joblift, Talent.com, alleskralle, jobleads, Dr Job, Ambition, XING.
The job boards on which your job posting appears may vary depending on the country and your subscription.

Each job board entry shows: the job board's name and logo, publication status (Published / Not published), Candidates (who applied via this job board), Clicks (who clicked the Apply button), and Action required if additional steps are needed (e.g. linking an external profile on LinkedIn or XING).
Job not visible on a job board
A job posting may be rejected or removed from a job board due to the site's rules or terms of use, non-compliant content, or restrictions specific to the job board (certain roles, locations or sectors). If you notice that your job posting is missing from a job board, contact us at hello@skello.io.

What is multiposting, and why use it?
Multiposting means automatically publishing your job posting to several job boards at the same time, in a single click. Benefits: reach more candidates (candidates don't all use the same platforms), hire faster (more reach = more applications), better control costs (identify which boards produce the best results).
What is the difference between an organic and a premium publication?
Organic publications: free depending on the subscription, visibility depends on algorithms, decreases over time, target active candidates. Premium publications: paid per product, boosted exposure, reach both active and passive candidates, priority placement.
Can I track the performance of my job posting?
Yes. JOIN provides information on application sources, the number of applications and candidate locations. Access the analytics in the Applications tab.
Why am I not receiving enough applications?
Several factors can influence the number of applications: how attractive the role is (salary, working conditions, benefits), geographic location, economic conditions / labour market, timing and seasonality.
