LinkedIn

LinkedIn is one of the most widely used platforms for professional networking and job searching. JOIN lets you publish your job postings on LinkedIn via standard (organic) and paid multiposting options.

Pay-for-Performance (P4P) on LinkedIn

A billing model in which you pay for candidates who interact with your job posting:

  • Simplified application included: candidates can apply directly with their LinkedIn profile

CPC is dynamic and depends on the job's location, title and competition, and market activity in your sector.

LinkedIn Slots

LinkedIn Slots offer the flexibility to keep a certain number of premium ads active at all times. Jobs can be added to or removed from a slot daily. Slots are based on an annual contract and are not available in the JOIN Store — they can only be set up through a custom agreement. Contact your Account Manager or contact@join.com.

Do I need a LinkedIn Company Page to publish jobs via JOIN?

Yes. All jobs published on LinkedIn via JOIN must be linked to a verified LinkedIn Company Page.

Do I need to activate Invited Candidates?

No. Invited Candidates is automatically included when you choose the LinkedIn Ultimate product.

Can I use LinkedIn Slots already purchased directly from LinkedIn?

Yes. You can connect existing LinkedIn Slots to JOIN. Contact our Support team.


Indeed

Indeed is the world's leading online job board. More people use Indeed to search for jobs than any other platform. Indeed is particularly effective for field-based roles (warehouse, production, driving), mid-level professionals, purchasing/logistics roles, sales/customer service roles, and IT or technical jobs.

Organic publication on Indeed is not available for recruitment agencies.

All Indeed products are based on Pay Per Started Application (PPSA): you only pay when candidates start applying (clicking Apply, interacting with a chatbot, scheduling an interview).

Job posting quality rules

Only publish real, currently open roles, include clear and accurate job information, use simple and descriptive titles, only publish as an authorised representative, never charge job seekers to apply, avoid any discriminatory language. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the job posting being removed or the account being suspended.


Social Media

Social media bookings let you promote a job on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) via a booking made in the JOIN Store. JOIN coordinates the creation and distribution of an ad based on the job and company details. This helps you reach passive candidates who don't necessarily actively browse job boards.

How social media bookings can help you:

  • Reach passive candidates where they spend time online

  • Expand your audience beyond traditional job platforms

  • Avoid having to design or manage the ads yourself

  • Receive applications in JOIN like any other source

When this format may not be suitable:

  • You need a public link to the job to share it elsewhere

  1. Go to StoreBookings

  2. Select a job and choose a Premium Social Media Ad or a pack

  3. Confirm and activate the booking

  4. JOIN creates the ad from your job's details (title, company name, description, logo)

  5. Candidates see the ad in their feed and can apply via a mobile-friendly form

  6. Applications appear in the Applications tab

  7. Track performance (clicks and applications) in StoreBookings

Can I share the ad via a public link?

No. These ads appear directly in users' feeds on social media and do not generate a public URL to the job.

Can I see the ad before it goes live?

No. JOIN handles the ad creation in the background. You do not see or approve a draft.

Go to StoreBookings to view clicks and applications.

Do I need to provide images or text for the ad?

No. JOIN creates the ad from the job's details such as the title, description, company name and logo.

Job posting quality rules

Include a clear job title, a company description, duties, requirements and workplace location. Use common and precise job titles (avoid jargon, abbreviations, ALL CAPS). Make sure titles are gender-neutral (e.g. m/f/d). No collective ads, unsolicited applications or QR codes. Applications must go through the Stepstone Apply now.


XING

XING combines a strong regional presence with smart matching technology, making it an ideal platform for reaching qualified candidates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Particularly effective for roles in sales/customer service, banking/finance/insurance, IT and telecommunications, purchasing/materials management/logistics.
