LinkedIn Slots
LinkedIn Slots offer the flexibility to keep a certain number of premium ads active at all times. Jobs can be added to or removed from a slot daily. Only publish real, currently open roles, include clear and accurate job information, use simple and descriptive titles, only publish as an authorised representative, never charge job seekers to apply, avoid any discriminatory language. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the job posting being removed or the account being suspended.
Social Media
Social media bookings let you promote a job on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) via a booking made in the JOIN Store. JOIN coordinates the creation and distribution of an ad based on the job and company details. This helps you reach passive candidates who don't necessarily actively browse job boards.

Include a clear job title, a company description, duties, requirements and workplace location. Use common and precise job titles (avoid jargon, abbreviations, ALL CAPS). Make sure titles are gender-neutral (e.g. m/f/d). No collective ads, unsolicited applications or QR codes. Applications must go through the Stepstone Apply now.
