Sharing Jobs in JOIN helps you spread the word about a Job to colleagues or an external audience. You can invite the Hiring team, copy a public link or share the Job on social media.
Accessing job sharing
From the Active Jobs tab
In Jobs → the Active tab, open the Job you want to share, click the options menu, then select Share.
From the Job's detail view
Access a Job via Jobs → Active, click the Job's title, then click the Share button at the top right, or open the options menu and select Share.
Sharing with your Hiring team
Open the
SharepanelUse the
Team membersdropdown to select the colleagues to inviteEach invited user is added to this Job's
Hiring team. You can also assign Job-specific roles, such asJob Admin
Only users with the appropriate company- or Job-level roles can manage the Hiring team.
Sharing with your network
In addition to inviting collaborators, you can use the sharing link to reach candidates directly:
Copy the Job's public link and share it by email, via messaging platforms or anywhere online
Post the Job directly on LinkedIn, Facebook or X using the dedicated social media buttons
When someone clicks the link, the Job opens directly on JOIN, where they can view the details and apply. Sharing your Job beyond Job boards can help you reach passive candidates, referrals and niche communities.
FAQ
Can I publish Jobs internally only?
You can share your JOIN career page internally, but all published Jobs are automatically distributed via multiposting to standard job boards. As of today, there is no option to limit distribution to internal use only.
How can I share a Job externally?
Copy the Job's public link and share it wherever you like, or post it directly on LinkedIn, Facebook or X via the built-in buttons.
Does sharing change my Job's visibility on job boards?
No. Sharing a Job does not change either the job boards it is published on, or how it appears in JOIN's multiposting network.
Can I share social media bookings?
No. Social media bookings appear as ads in users' news feeds and do not generate a public Job URL or shareable link.
