Go to

Company information.Update the following information:
Company logo: upload a logo with a minimum size of 224 × 224 px so it displays correctly on all devices.
Company name and website: this information appears in your job postings and gives candidates direct access to your site.
Number of employees and industry: helps candidates understand the size and field of your company.
About your company and mission: write a unique description (200 to 400 words recommended) to improve search engine visibility and provide a compelling introduction.
Benefits and values: select items from a list to highlight what makes your work environment attractive (e.g. remote work, training, diversity).

Career page
Your JOIN career page is automatically generated and always up to date, with your company's information and your open Jobs. You can share it directly or add it to your website as an additional application channel.

Settings, selectCareer page.Customise the following elements:
Image gallery: add photos of your offices or your team to make your company culture visible.
Videos: embed YouTube videos to showcase your work environment.
Visibility options: enable
Unsolicited applicationto let candidates express interest even if no suitable Job is published. You can also link an email template to handle these applications efficiently.

Previewbutton at the top right to view your career page in a new tab.
Job Widget
The JOIN Job Widget is a powerful tool for automatically keeping your website's career section up to date. It displays your active Jobs from JOIN directly on your site. You can access it via Settings > Job Widget. You'll find three tabs there: Settings, Design and Included jobs.
Settings tab
You can enable filters for Category, Location and Contract type, select the widget's interface language, set how many Jobs are displayed per page, and choose the information shown on Job cards (logo, location, contract type, category).
Design tab
Adjust the widget's appearance to match your website: background colour, filter borders, pagination style, Job card styles (background, border, shadow and text colours). Click Preview design options to check your changes at any time.
Included jobs tab
Pre-select the Jobs displayed in the widget. You can filter by Category,
Location and Contract type.
Adding the Job Widget to your website
Go to
Settings>Job Widget.Copy the code snippet from the
Embed codefield.Paste it into your website's CMS at the desired location, in source code mode.
Save and refresh your website. Your new Jobs will appear instantly.
The widget automatically syncs with JOIN: your career page always shows your latest Jobs with no extra effort.

How do I customise my employer profile?
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, select Settings, then update your information (name, job title, phone number, email, preferred language) and choose your notifications.
How do I change my password?
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
