These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to accessing and using the JOIN platform (https://join.com/), offered by JOIN Solutions AG, Eichenstrasse 2, 8808 Pfäffikon SZ (Schwyz), Switzerland. By registering on the platform, the Company accepts these T&Cs, which constitute a legally binding agreement.

The Services notably allow the Company to publish job postings on partner Job boards via the platform, and to select additional paid services. Purchased Inventory must be used within 12 months of its selection. JOIN may change the Services at any time and will inform the Company 3 months before any substantial change.

Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. They automatically expire 12 months after purchase if unused.

Only companies or their authorised representatives may register. The Company must provide accurate information and use a professional email address. JOIN may reject or cancel a registration at its sole discretion.

JOIN provides the Services with reasonable diligence and skill, carries out regular maintenance operations (with prior notice where possible), and may suspend access in the event of suspected illegal activity. JOIN may amend the T&Cs and will inform the Company.

The Company must use the Services in accordance with the T&Cs and applicable legal obligations. The Company is responsible for all Content it publishes (job postings, profile). The Company must not: circumvent security protections, use the Services illegally or fraudulently, include external email addresses or links in job postings, access the Services via automated systems, use the Services to sell goods or conduct multi-level marketing activities, disassemble or copy the Services.

All rights relating to the Services remain the property of JOIN. The Company is granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services. The Company grants JOIN a worldwide licence to use its Content.

The parties undertake to protect confidential information. JOIN processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available at https://join.com/dpa.

JOIN is fully liable for damages resulting from a breach of its confidentiality obligations, as well as from gross negligence or intentional misconduct. In all other cases, JOIN's liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Neither party may obtain compensation for loss of profits, data or clientele, or for indirect damages.

The T&Cs are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the CISG. The court at JOIN's registered office has exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
