Why is it important for you?
The Employee Register (RUP in French) is a legal obligation that requires you to list all employees for up to 5 years after the end of their contract. This article explains how to manage your register efficiently with Skello.
The Employee Register: a legal obligation
What is the RUP?
According to the French Labor Code :
Employees: The surnames and first names of all employees are recorded indelibly in the order in which they were hired.
Trainees: Trainees' surnames and first names are entered in a specific section, in the order of arrival.
Digital register
You can now keep a digital RUP, provided you maintain the “guarantees of content and control equivalent to the paper version.”
