How do I update my billing information or payment information?

You can update the billing details for your establishment or organization from the organization's general settings and depends on your plan.


1. For Standard Planning, Standard Time Clock, Standard Duo, or Max plans:

You can find and update your billing and payment information from the Subscription and Billing tab.

This tab is accessible from:

Option 1: via the profile menu

  • Click the arrow next to your initials at the top right of your Skello account.

  • Click on the Subscription and Billing tab.

Option 2: via organization settings

  • Go to the organization settings.

  • Click on the Subscription and Billing tab.

View and edit billing or payment details

Once in the Subscription and Billing tab, you can:

  • View and edit the billing address (address appearing on invoices).

  • View and edit the billing email (address where invoices are sent).

  • View and edit the payment method (card or IBAN).

  • View and download your invoices.

2. For Basic, Success, and Premium plans

Accessing billing parameters

There are two ways to access them:

Option 1

  1. Click on the arrow next to your initials in the top right-hand corner of your Skello space.

  2. Select the organization name from the drop-down menu.

Option 2

  1. From the Establishment Settings.

  2. Click on the General settings tab at the bottom left of the menu.

Change billing details

Once in the general settings, you can modify :

  • Billing address: Address shown on invoices.

  • Billing e-mail: Address to which invoices are sent.

  • IBAN: Account used for direct debit.
