Each employee has a unique PIN code, automatically generated by Skello. This ensures that no two users within the same organization have the same PIN code.
How can your employees retrieve their PIN code?
Your employees can retrieve their PIN code at any time from their Skello application by going to the My Account section.
What should I do if my employees don't have access to the application?
If your employees don't have access to the application, you can send the PIN code back to them. Here's how to do it:
Go to the Employees tab.
In the employee's personal details, click on the small blue plane ✈ to the right of PIN code.
You can then send the PIN code by e-mail.
If you wish to reset your employee's time clock PIN, click on Reset PIN next to PIN Code.
