Why can't I see my employees' punches on Skello?
If you can't see your employees' punches on your Skello interface, it's probably because the time clock isn't connected to WiFi, or isn't connected properly. This prevents synchronization with Skello.
How can I force the synchronization of the Time Clock system?
If you need to force the synchronization of the time clock system so that the records reflect in Skello (web version), you have two options to do so from the clocking app on your tablet:
From the home page:
Tap the synchronization button (represented by two circular arrows).
From the attendance page:
Click on the person icon located in the top-right corner.
Enter the establishment's PIN code.
Select the "Restart synchronization" option.
Check the synchronization:
Once the synchronization is complete, go to the Time Clock tab in Skello (web version) to verify if it was done correctly. There, you can check the time elapsed since the last synchronization.
