Why can't I see my employees' punches on Skello?
If you can't see your employees' punches on your Skello interface, it's probably because the time clock isn't connected to WiFi, or isn't connected properly. This prevents synchronization with Skello.
How can I force the time clock to synchronize?
To solve this problem, you can force the time clock to synchronize. Follow these steps:
Go directly to the tablet.
Go to the Attendances tab.
Click on Relaunch synchronization.
You can also launch synchronization from the home page by clicking on the synchronization button.
Consult the Time Clock tab to check the time of the last synchronization. This will let you know whether synchronization has been performed recently.
