Why is this important?
Modifying report rules according to collective agreementsensures that your company complies with industry-specific regulations. By customizing these rules, you can better manage working hours, breaks and other time-related criteria, while remaining compliant with legal requirements.
When will you use this feature?
If you have company agreements, in addition to your Collective Agreement. This will enable you to manage these company agreements directly from Skello.
If you can't find your Collective Agreement on Skello, you can re-adjust a collective agreement that is close to yours, so that Skello calculates the right figures for the payroll report, and generates the right alerts on the schedule.
Activating the functionality
The Rules tab of the report, from which you can add your information, is only visible if this feature is activated. If this is not the case, please contact your Skello representative to activate it.
Customize information
Go to the Report rules tab in your establishment's settings.
Modify the numbers in the boxes corresponding to the types of hours you wish to customize.
You can adjust several types of overtime here:
Exceptional additional hours
Overtime
Structural additional hours
Sunday hours
Holiday hours (excluding May 1st)
May 1st hours
Night hours
Breaks (if the collective agreement has special rules for breaks and their increments)
By following these steps, you can adjust Skello to suit your company's specific requirements and your Collective Agreement.
