How can I request a replacement shift on the application?

A request to replace shifts enables work schedules to be changed between two employees. This process ensures flexibility and better contingency management for employees and managers.


How do I request a shift change?

Step 1: Log in and access the schedule

  1. Log in to your area on the Skello mobile application.

  2. Go to the Schedule tab.

Step 2: Select the shift to be replaced

  1. Select the shift you wish to replace.

  2. Click on Shift Replacement.

Step 3: Fill in and send the request

  1. A new page opens with the shift replacement request information.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select the employee you wish to replace.

  3. Click on Send.

Step 4: Wait for validation

  1. Wait for your colleague and then your manager to validate the request.

  2. You'll receive notification of the change once it's been made.

What if you can't access your requests?

If you can't access your replacement requests, ask your manager to change your access rights on Skello (via action and permission levels).
