Have you just received an individual timesheet to sign by e-mail? Here's how to sign your document electronically!
1. Receiving the electronic signature e-mail
The e-mail you've received invites you to sign your timesheet. Follow these steps to access the document:
Open the e-mail.
Click on the Go to document button.
2. Verification and approval of hours worked
Once you've clicked on Go to document, your individual timesheet will appear. Take a moment to check your hours worked. If all the information is correct :
Click on Sign to proceed to signature.
3. Electronic signature options
On the new page, you have two options for signing your document:
Drag a button: This option will automatically sign the document with your first and last name.
Draw your signature: You can draw your usual signature directly on the screen.
4. Finalizing and downloading the document
After signing the document :
Click on Finish.
Download the signed document for safekeeping.
