How to add and manage my HR documents on Skello?

Adding, viewing, downloading, and sharing your HR documents from your Skello account.

Why is this important?

As an employee, you can add, view, download and share your HR documents directly from your Skello account, provided your manager has authorized this action in your Employee permission.


How do I add documents?

From your mobile application

  1. Click on Account in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, then My Documents.

  2. Click on the blue cross in the top right-hand corner to import a document from your phone or take a photo to add.

You can import a photo from your gallery (5MB maximum, formats: jpeg, png, pdf, docx, doc) or take a photo directly via the application. Photos save to your Skello app, but not to your phone's image gallery.

💡 Rename a document: Account > My Documents > Folder > Click on the 3 dots to the right of the document name > Rename. (Note: you cannot rename a document added by your manager).

Your manager will have access to the documents you add to your space.

From your online space

  1. Click on the arrow next to your initials at the top right of the screen, then My profile > My documents.

  2. Click on the blue Add a document button to add a document.


How do I view and download my documents?

You can view and download the documents added to your account, from your mobile app and your Skello online space.

On your mobile application

  • Click on the three vertical dots to the right of the document name.

On your online account

  • Go to Profile > My documents.

  • Click on the document name to open it.

  • Click on the top right of the page to download your document.
