Why is this important?

The tools and options accessible from the toolbar at the top right of the schedule make it easier to plan, and customize the display to suit your needs.

How can I plan more easily?

Filter the employees displayed on the schedule

  1. Click on the filter icon at the top of the schedule.

  2. Select the positions, teams, employees or absences you wish to display.

  2. These options are limited to the last manipulation and the current page.

Use popular shifts

  1. Click on the Popular Shifts icon (in the shape of a flame).

  2. Select the desired shift and drag it onto the schedule.

Tip: Up to 5 popular shifts are available by default. To add more, contact support via the blue bubble.

Delete weekly shifts

  1. Click on the three dots at top right.

  2. Select Delete weekly shifts.

  3. Select the employees whose shifts are to be deleted.

All shifted employees are selected by default.

How do I customize the schedule display?

Sort the employee display

  1. Click on the three dots at top right.

  2. Select Sort employees.

  3. Choose alphabetical or custom order.

The display order is set for all managers in the establishment.

Customize display options

  1. Click on the three dots at top right.

  2. Select Display options.

  3. Choose the days to be displayed, the display size, and the birthday display option.

Tip: Hide the times and duration of shifts by clicking on the eye directly in the schedule shifts.

Display unassigned shifts

Unassigned shifts are not assigned to any employee and can be used to store shifts before assigning them.

Unassigned shifts are displayed by default when the establishment is created, but can be removed from the schedule.
