Why is this important?
The permissions and actions settings allow you to define managers' and employees' access to Skello's various functions, as well as the actions they are authorized to perform.
How do I access the permissions and actions settings?
Access settings:
Go to Establishment settings > General settings > Permission levels & actions.
For quick access, click on the arrow next to your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select the organization name from the drop-down menu.
Customize authorized actions:
Permission settings are the same for all establishments within an organization.
By default, several permission levels are activated for Success and Premium subscriptions: system administrator, advanced master, advanced scheduler, standard employee.
To activate a new permission level, contact support via the blue bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. To deactivate an unused permission level in your establishment(s), remove the blue check mark at the bottom left of the box.
