The different views

The schedule can be printed by the day, week or month, for all employees displayed on the schedule or for employees selected by a filter (position or team) 👉 Find out more about using filters.

Daily : from the Day view of the schedule tab you are able to view what is planned hour by hour in a day. Click on the printer icon at the top right of the page, then enter the period you wish to print, to print one or more days at a time.

💡 From the Day view it is possible to select how many days I want to print per page: it is possible to choose one day per page or as many days as desired.

Weekly : from the Week view of the schedule tab you’ll have an overview of what is planned for each day of the week. Click on the printer icon at the top right of the page.

  • Select Schedule Weekly Details from the drop-down menu

  • Enter the dates of the period to be printed, to print one or more weeks at a time.

💡It is also possible, from the week view, to print out the whole month. Select Summary of one or several weeks from the drop-down menu, before entering the dates of the period to be printed.

Monthly : this printout enables you to have an overview . Click on the printer at the top right of the page. Enter the dates of the period to be printed, to print one or more months at a time.

⚠️ If a period of several days, several weeks or several months is selected: only the employees displayed in the schedule at the start of the period appear on the printed document. Employees displayed on the schedule during the period do not appear. When new employees join the company, a new print period must be selected from the date they were posted to the schedule.

Print settings

Several options are available for each view. In order to customize the printing head to the Print settings in the printing tab :

  • Print in Landscape or Portrait format

  • Display total planned hours

  • Display breaks

  • You can also choose to print unassigned shifts if they are displayed on the schedule 👉 Find out more about unassigned shifts

💡On Day and Week printouts : each employee on the right of the schedule is able to sign off

💡The schedule printing tool allows you to download the schedule in pdf format, without necessarily printing it.

Print attendance sheets

You can also use the schedule print tool to print out individual timesheets for employees to sign.

In the window which appears on the screen, opposite "File to export": select the document "individual timesheets" from the drop-down menu.

Then choose the dates for the period you are interested in.

You can download, then print the timesheets for all the employees displayed in the schedule or only for the employees selected by a filter from the schedule.

From the print settings, it is possible whether or not to display the balance of the tracker at the end of each individual timesheet, only if overtime compensation is activated in the location 👉 Setting up time counters

💡If you wish to print the timesheets for a single employee :

Go to the Employees tab > History/Counters > History > Select period > click on the printer on the right

Individual timesheets can be sent electronically to employees for signature 👉 Use E-signature
