A shift is a time slot during which the employee will work.
You can create a shift via the Schedule tab, from the day, week or month views.
How do I create one or more shifts?
Create a shift
Day view: Shifts are added by employee, in 15-minute increments. Click on the + to move the mouse over the desired shift. By dragging the mouse, you can define the entire duration of the shift.
Week view: To add shifts, proceed by employee and by day. Click on the + that appears when you hover your mouse over the cell corresponding to the employee and the desired day.
Month view: Shifts are added by employee, by the day. Click on the blue + and move the mouse over the employee's box and the desired day.
A window for adding a shift appears, allowing you to enter shift details.

Replicate shift on other days of the week
You can press the “Enter” key to add a shift once all the mandatory information has been entered.
The information required to create a shift is the start and end times, and the work position.
Add one or more shifts on the same day
To assign two or more work shifts on the same day for an employee:
Add the first shift:
Click on the + that appears when you hover over the cell corresponding to the employee and the desired day.
A pop-up window will open. Fill in the details of the shift.
Click Create to confirm and save the shift.
Add one or more additional shifts:
Right-click on the cell corresponding to the employee and the desired day.
In the menu that appears, click Add a Shift.
A pop-up window will open. Fill in the details of the shift.
Click Create to confirm and save the shift.
👉 Tip: Repeat this process for each additional shift you wish to assign to the employee on the same day.
How do I customize a shift?
Show or hide schedules
You can choose whether or not to display the employee's schedule on a shift. This option must be activated in the schedule display options:
Click on the 3 dots at the top right of the schedule.
Choose Display options from the drop-down menu.

To hide shift schedules, click on the eye next to the schedule and/or next to the shift duration.
Add a note
A note can be added to a shift. It is not visible when the schedule is printed, but the employee can view it from his or her schedule on a computer and on the application. The note is also visible on the employee's individual timesheet.
If you use the time clock option, you can add a note from this tab, to the right of the shift line. This note will be visible on the shift from the schedule.
Add Clickable Links to Notes
You can include clickable URL links in Notes. These links allow employees to quickly access important resources, such as a Google Drive file, a Google Maps address, or a website.
Add files directly into shifts
It is now possible to add files directly into shifts, allowing managers to centralize all mission-related information in one place.
This system combines both the files uploaded by managers and those provided by employees, optimizing collaboration and tracking.

Maximum of 6 files per shift (10 MB each).
Accepted formats: Images (jpeg, png, gif…), documents (pdf, xls, doc…), vidéos (mp4) and audio (mp3, wav).
