What software can be connected to Skello?

This article presents how to connect your POS software program, payroll software and analysis software program to Skello

Why is this important?

Connecting Skello to other software makes it easier to manage payroll, cashiering, performance analysis and advance payments. Here's how to set up these connections.


Where to set up connections

Access the general settings to connect your Skello account to various software applications.

Establishment settings > General settings > Partner tools


Connect payroll software

Skello provides a summary of all the information required for payroll. Connecting allows you to transmit this data to your payroll software.

  1. Go to : Report > Export options > Export settings.

  2. Connection method :

    • Automatic integration

    • Exporting compatible files

Connection to payroll software is a paying option added to your subscription.

Contact your account manager or support to activate this option.


Connect cash register software

Correlate turnover and sales with employee working hours to analyze performance.

  1. Go to : Establishment settings > General settings > Partner tools.

  2. Activate the connection by clicking on the button to the right of the software name.

  3. Link the establishments on Skello with those in the cash register software.

Please note: your cash register must be closed before 5:00 a.m. for data to be transmitted.


Connect analysis software

Transmit performance and stock data to analysis software such as Dvore and Yokitup.

  1. Go to : Establishment settings > General settings > Partner tools.

  2. Activate the connection by entering the token code for your Dvore, Yokitup or Timeskipper account.


Connecting payroll software

Skello can be connected to Rosaly or Spayr to make advance payments to employees.

  1. Go to : Establishment settings > General settings > Partner tools.

  2. Download and sign a legal consent document.
