Why is it important?

The bank holiday tracker enables you to define guaranteed public holidays for your employees, track working hours and absences, and automatically calculate the hours of recuperation due. This ensures efficient holiday management.

Note: The bank holiday tracker and its customization are only available for Premium package subscriptions. For Success subscriptions, it is managed from the schedule.


How do I activate the bank holiday tracker?

  1. Access the establishment's parameters :

    • Go to Establishment settings > Rules > Counters to activate the bank holiday tracker at the bottom of the page.

  2. Define guaranteed holidays:

    • Click on the checkmark to define guaranteed holidays and choose compensation (to be recovered or paid).

    • Consult or modify these parameters from the trackers tab or the employee files.

  3. Add personalized holidays :

    • By default, national holidays are configured. To add custom days, click on Add a custom day and select the days to be added.

Activation and settings are for the current year and the previous year (N-1) only.
