Why is this important?

Creating work teams in your establishment enables you to group together employees who work together at different levels (schedule, time clock, report). This makes it easier to schedule and monitor specific employee activities.

How do I create and set up teams?

Create teams

  1. Go to the establishment's parameters by clicking on the cogwheel icon.

  2. Click on the Team tab in the left-hand menu.

  3. Enter the name of the new team in the first grey box “Team name”.

Once the team name has been entered, it is created in the establishment.

Add employees to the team

  1. In the second grey box “Select employees”, click on the arrow to the right.

  2. Select the relevant employees from the drop-down menu, ticking their names to select them, then confirm.

The same employee can be integrated into several teams.

Team rotation function

In the healthcare and retail sectors, a “Team rotation” button can be activated on the right-hand side of the line. This feature allows you to define a particular work rhythm for employees in a team, according to A, B, etc. weeks.

Contact support for assistance in setting up this team rotation feature, from the blue bubble at the bottom right of the screen.

How do I assign an employee to several teams?

There are two ways of assigning several teams to a single employee:

  1. From the establishment parameters:

    • Teams tab.

    • Select the employees in the “This team includes” box .

  2. From the employee's file:

    • Personal information.

    • At the bottom of the form, in the Access to establishments > Assign to a team section.

    • Click on the arrow to the right of the “Team(s)” box to select teams.

If an employee is affected by a defined team rotation, his/her team assignment cannot be modified: he/she cannot be removed from the team, nor added to another team with a different rotation.
