Replacement requests can only be managed from the Skello mobile application.
Steps to Manage a Replacement Request
Sending the Request (Employee A to Employee B)
For an employee A to send a replacement request, he/she must:Access the Schedule tab from their mobile app.
Click on the shift they wish to have replaced.
Select Shift Swap.
Complete the transfer request form.
Note: The shift must be scheduled in the future and assigned to the employee making the request. Employees cannot request a replacement for shifts that are not assigned to them.
Reception by Employee B
Once the request is sent, employee B will receive the replacement request in the Requests tab, where he/she can accept or decline it.Validation by the Manager
If employee B accepts the request, it will then be submitted to the team manager for final approval.
To track requests :
Click on the Requests tab, then on Replacements.
The Pending tab shows requests awaiting response.
Requests that have been validated or refused are switched to the History tab.
Schedule modification
Once the request has been validated by employee B and the manager, employee A's shift is transferred to employee B's schedule.
Please note that a replacement request is a one-way transfer of a shift, not an exchange.
