Replacement requests can only be managed from the Skello mobile application.
Steps to manage a replacement request :
Sending the request: Employee A sends a replacement request.
Receipt by employee B: Employee B receives the request and can accept or refuse it.
Validation by manager: If the request is accepted by employee B, it is submitted to the team manager for validation.
To track requests :
Click on the Requests tab, then on Replacements.
The Pending tab shows requests awaiting response.
Requests that have been validated or refused are switched to the History tab.
Schedule modification
Once the request has been validated by employee B and the manager, employee A's shift is transferred to employee B's schedule.
Please note that a replacement request is a one-way transfer of a shift, not an exchange.
