The mobile time clock allows mobile employees to clock in and out using the Skello mobile app.
Punch in an arrival
Open the Skello mobile application:
Go to the time clock tab at the bottom of the screen.
Geolocate:
Geolocation is requested but not mandatory. If refused, it will be mentioned that the punch has no location when validating the day.
Choose shift:
Select the shift on which to badge, or choose Badge without shift if there is no shift scheduled.
Badge arrival:
Drag the Start arrow to the right to badge.
Badge a start
End shift:
Drag the blue “End” arrow to the right.
Geolocate:
Geolocation is requested but not mandatory. If you refuse, you will be informed that the punch has no location when you validate the day.
Validate departure:
A shift summary is displayed. Click on “Finish” to validate.
About geolocation
Important information:
Geolocation not compulsory: You can punch in without activating geolocation. If you refuse, we'll mention that the punch has no location.
Geolocation reactivation:Geolocation can be reactivated after being refused by going to the phone settings.
Data retention: Location data is stored for 2 months.
