What trackers are available on the Skello mobile application?

This article explains the different trackers available on the Skello mobile application, how to activate and view them.

Home screen

When the mobile application is opened, the home screen shows :

  • Shifts scheduled for the day

  • Upcoming paid time off validated

  • Hour tracker balance

  • Paid time off tracker balance

Access to the hour tracker balance, or to the total hours planned for the week, must be authorized in the employee's permission settings: General settings > Permission levels and actions.

These trackers can only be accessed from the mobile application, and are not available if you log in from a computer.


The paid time off tracker

Why is it important?

The paid time off counter enables employees to track their earned and planned days off.


How do I activate it?

When the paid time off trackers are activated in the establishment's settings, employees can consult :

  • The balance of paid time off earned over N-1.

  • Paid time off balance for N.

  • The date of the next scheduled paid time off.

The balance is given at the end of the last full month, and does not take into account future leave.

This information is only visible if the paid time off tracker is activated on the employee's file.


Total hours or hour tracker balance

Why is this important?

Consulting the total planned hours or the hour tracker balance helps you keep track of working hours and additional hours.

How do I activate it?

Access to the total hours planned for the week, or to the hour tracker balance, must be authorized in the employee's permissions: General settings > Permission levels and actions.

Available for each permission level, from standard employee to advanced master.

What information will be visible?

  • Employees without overtime compensation: access to total hours scheduled for the week. Additional hours are shown in red.

  • Employees with additional hours compensation: access to the tracker balance at the end of the last full week.


Bank holiday tracker

Why is it important?

The bank holiday tracker enables employees to track their remaining bank holidays.

How do I activate it?

Access to the bank holiday tracker balance must be authorized in the employee's permissions: General settings > Permission levels and actions.

Available only if bank holiday trackers are enabled on the establishment, with a Premium subscription.

What information will be visible?

  • Remaining holiday recovery balance.

Available for each permission level, from standard employee to advanced master.
