Where can I find my invoices?

Why is this important?

As a manager, you need quick access to your invoices to track expenses, manage your budget and ensure financial transparency. Having quick and easy access to your invoices facilitates your accounting management and saves you time.


How to Access My Invoices?

1. For Standard Planning, Standard Time Clock, Standard Duo, or Max plans:

Find your invoices from the Subscription and Billing tab. This tab is accessible from:

Option 1: the profile menu

  • Click the arrow next to your initials at the top right of your Skello space.

  • Click on the Subscription and Billing tab.

Option 2: the organization settings

  • Go to the organization settings.

  • Click on the Subscription and Billing tab.

2. For Basic, Success, and Premium plans

To view and download your invoices on Skello, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Skello account.

  2. Go to the General Settings tab.

  3. In the Company section, scroll down to the Company Invoices section.

  4. You will see a list of all your recent invoices. Click on the eye-shaped icon to view your invoices, then on the download icon to save them.

Important Note: Only users with the System Administrator level of access can retrieve invoices from their Skello account.

Additionally, all invoices are automatically sent by email to the billing email address provided in this section.
