How to clear your browser's cache to solve problems on Skello?
Updated over 2 months ago

Why is this important?

When you use a browser, such as Chrome, it uses cache and cookies to store information from websites. Deleting them can correct certain problems, such as those related to site loading or formatting. Clearing your browsing data can solve the problem.

What are the most common problems and solutions?

The time clock tab doesn't display anything

Your time clock is activated, you have shifts on the schedule and your employees have punched in, but the time clock tab indicates that you have no shifts scheduled and that the time clock is not activated.

Chat bubble not visible

Once you've logged into your Skello account or the Help Center, you can't start a chat with support because you can't see the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your Skello space.

The schedule doesn't open for the current week

When you open Skello, the schedule always opens on the same week, even after logging out/logging in, and you'd like the schedule to open on the current week. If you use a favorite to open Skello, replace it once the browsing data has been cleared.

Total hours worked not shown at bottom of schedule

When you are on the schedule, the total hours worked do not appear at the bottom of the schedule in Day, Week and Month views.
