What to do if employee punches aren't displayed on Skello?

Why is this important?

Seeing employee punches on Skello is essential for tracking attendance and managing teams effectively. If you don't see the punches, there could be several reasons.


Steps to check

  1. Check your tablet's WIFI connection:

    • Make sure your tablet is connected to the WIFI network.

    • You can open a web page directly on the tablet to check that the connection is working.

  2. Restart synchronization:

    • Once connected to WIFI, open the La Badgeuse by Skello application.

    • Go to the Presences tab.

    • Click on Restart synchronization or use the synchronization button on the home page.

  3. Disconnect and reconnect the application:

    • If the punches are still not displayed, disconnect and reconnect the time clock application.

    • Go to the Administrator tab (man icon top right).

    • Click on the login button at bottom left.

Warning: Do not uninstall the time clock application. Unsynchronized punches will be lost.
