Why is this important?

Adding tasks to work shifts allows you to organize and control employee activities. This feature, available only for Premium packages, offers more detailed and efficient schedule management.

How do I track tasks on the schedule?

  1. Notepad pictogram: A pictogram appears at the top right of the shift to indicate that tasks or notes have been added.

    • Move the mouse over this pictogram to compare the number of completed tasks with the number of scheduled tasks.

  2. Check completed tasks: Tasks can be ticked off directly in the shift by the employee or manager to track progress.

Task tracking by employees

  1. From the mobile application:

    • Employees can view and update tasks on their shifts by checking them off.

    • Changes are updated automatically when the tab is closed.

    • Employees can add comments to communicate with the manager or note useful information.

Limited access: standard and advanced employees can only access and update tasks from the mobile application. They can only view tasks and comments for their own shifts.

Task tracking by managers

From the online schedule and mobile app:

  • Managers (schedulers, masters, or system administrators) can update shifts by checking off completed tasks.

Schedule lock: Tasks can be updated when the schedule is locked in blue or green. If the schedule is locked in red (from the Report tab), shifts can no longer be modified. Unlock the schedule to make changes.
