Skello analyzes your history to automatically generate your activity forecasts: revenue, number of customers, and items sold.

Data centralization
Your history, activity forecasts, schedules, and teams are all in one tool. No more intuition-based decisions—only fact-based choices.

Clear visualization for your decisions
Track your revenue, customer, and sales forecasts daily. Easily spot the busiest days and time slots to plan your resources efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

1. How to activate it?

Go to Settings → Your establishment’s settings → Activity prediction → Generate forecasts automatically.

2. Choose the data source:

Import data from a cash register software connected to Skello

In this case, Skello will retrieve your historical data already in the tool. If you want to add more historical data when setting it up, go to the week view performance indicators to add more data manually! No need to re-import later, Skello will automatically add your data via the connection with your cash register.

Import data manually (without cash register connection)

From Settings, upload a file with your history (1 year recommended).

Copy-paste the daily totals from your cash register into the sample file provided.

Import the file into Skello.

⚠️ The more complete the history, the more accurate the prediction. For more details on manual import, click here.

3. How to set the calculation method?

At this stage, you can choose the calculation method that suits you best:

  • Same day last year

  • Same day last month

  • Same day last week

After choosing the reference period, you can adjust it based on your goals and planned events via activity variation.

Finally, go to the schedule in the daily view to check and/or modify your activity forecasts.
