1. How to generate an activity forecast?

Once setup is complete, go to the day view and click on the activity forecast button.

You can:

  • Check the forecast for each day

  • Change the reference period if needed

  • Manually adjust the forecasts

Available views:

  • Overview: all indicators side by side to plan staff

  • Indicators: zoom in on weekly KPIs

  • Staffing needs: staff requirements per role

2. Import staffing needs

Once the activity forecast is done, you can add staffing requirements.

To do this, from the same window:

  • Click “Import staffing needs”

  • Import your file or adjust manually

This feature combines activity forecasting and staff management in one place, saving time and increasing accuracy.

3. Import indicators

You can now import performance indicators (revenue, number of customers, items sold…).

  • From the day view in the activity forecast window

  • From the week view in performance indicators

In both cases, after importing the indicators, you can then choose the period and the granularity (daily or 15-min intervals).

⚠️ Warning: adding data to existing entries will overwrite them. Skello keeps only the most recently added information.
