In JOIN, a pipeline represents the journey of an Application. It starts when a Candidate applies. It ends when the Application is hired or rejected.
Each Pipeline stage reflects a step in your Hiring process. Examples: Pre-screening, Phone interview, Assessment, Offer and Hired.
With Pipelines, you can:
Structure your

You can access Pipelines in two ways:

Default pipeline
The default pipeline is the workflow automatically applied to all new Jobs, unless you change it while creating or editing the Job.
JOIN includes three default Pipeline stages. They can neither be deleted nor renamed:
Pre-screeningOfferHired
These stages are present in every pipeline. You can add custom stages between them, but these three stages remain mandatory in every Pipeline template.

When you edit a pipeline that is already in use, the changes apply to all associated Jobs. If you delete a stage with active Candidates, you'll need to reassign them to another stage before saving.

Delete Applications is irreversible. Only use this action when an Application no longer needs to be kept or tracked.
Rejected Applications can be restored, but Rejection emails already sent cannot be recalled. Candidates are not notified when they move from one stage to another.

FAQ
Can I undo the rejection of a candidate?
You can restore a Candidate with the Undo rejection option. The Application then returns to its previous stage.
What happens when I delete an application?
It's permanent. The Application will be deleted and cannot be restored.
Can I edit pipeline stages after a Job has been published?
Yes. You can edit Pipelines in Settings > Pipelines, even for Jobs already published.
Can I use bulk actions on applications?
Yes. Select several Candidates to Move, Reject, Add tags, Export or Delete.
How do I filter applications by stage or status?
Click Filters in the Applications sub-tab and use fields such as Pipeline stage, Tags, Candidate country or Source.
Are candidates notified when they move from one stage to another?
No. JOIN does not send automatic notifications, unless you have configured certain available automations.
Why has auto-rejection been enabled for my account?
The auto-rejection feature is automatically enabled for companies that have been inactive for 90 days. This feature ensures Candidates receive a response without excessive delay. After 90 days of inactivity, the feature is enabled with a default period of 3 weeks for Candidates sitting in Pre-screening. A notification email informs you that auto-rejection has been enabled. To avoid automatic rejections, adjust your Pipeline settings or move Candidates out of the Pre-screening stage.
