How to access my Skello account or reset my password?

Why is this important?

Access to your Skello account allows you to use all the features available to manage your schedules and other important information. If you have problems logging in, follow these simple steps to regain access.

Do you manage a company and are you interested in Skello?


Your employer uses Skello and you'd like to log in to your account?

To access your Skello space, your employer must :

  1. Create an employee file with your contact details and the nature of your contract.

  2. Add your e-mail address to your employee file.

  3. Send you an e-mail inviting you to create a password to activate your account.

  1. Click on the blue button in the e-mail to choose your password.

  2. You'll be directed to a web page where you can choose a password to log in.

  3. Once you've saved the password, your Skello account is activated.

⚠️ The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number.

Once your account has been activated, you can log in with your e-mail address and the password you created at: https: //app.skello.io/users/sign_in

By installing the Skello mobile application on your phone, you can easily consult your schedules:


Forgotten your password?

From the Log in page: click on the “forgot password” link, or log in directly on the https://app.skello.io/users/password/new page and enter your e-mail address.

An e-mail will be sent to your inbox, enabling you to reset your password and log in again.


Can't log in?

If you've forgotten your password: click Forgotten password on this page.

If you don't receive a password reset e-mail, contact Skello support via the blue chat bubble at the bottom right of this page or by e-mail at hello@skello.io.


For employers: your employee can't log in

  • Check that the employee's e-mail address has been entered correctly in the employee file.

  • Check that the employee is not archived 👉 how to restore an archived employee

  • If you've changed the employee's e-mail address in the employee file, you don't need to send an invitation again. Your employee can enter his new e-mail address and click on “Forgot password” to create a new password.
