View performance indicators

Performance indicators can be accessed from the schedule via the graphic icon in the bottom left-hand corner.

Organization of the indicators area

This area is organized into two tabs:

  1. Forecast tab: Enter your objectives.

  2. Actual tab: Compare your targets with the week's results.

To access forecast data, you need to subscribe to the premium pack. The success pack only gives you access to the data in the achieved tab.

Entering data

The calculation of indicators depends on the data you enter, such as sales figures and sales volume, the hours scheduled on the schedule, and the contractual and salary data entered in your employees' files.

The hourly rate used to calculate payroll depends on what you have entered in your employee's file.

If this information has not been entered in your employee's file, you will be informed: the lines “MS charged” and “Ratio MS charged / Sales” will be displayed in red. By hovering your mouse over the headings, the names of the employees whose files need to be completed will be indicated.

Only the sales and sales volume lines are editable. The other indicators are calculated automatically from these two data, the hours planned/worked on your schedule, and the salary data of your employees.

How do I enter sales and sales volume?

  1. Manual entry:
Double-click on the cell to enter your turnover and sales volume.

  2. Copy data over several days:
Use the “drag and copy” function to duplicate the contents of a cell on other days. For example, if your sales forecast target is the same from Monday to Thursday, copy the contents of Monday's cell to the other days.

  3. Copy the previous week's forecast:
Quickly fill in your forecast data by choosing Copy previous week's forecast from the three-dot menu at top right.

Good to know:

  • In the Forecast tab: Sales and Sales volume lines are always editable.

  • In the Actual tab:
If you have an active time clock on your establishment, it is possible to modify actual values a posteriori, even after validation of the day (except for future days).

As soon as a shift is added on the same day from your establishment's opening hours, it switches to the “real” schedule and impacts the hours worked in your performance indicators.

Export performance indicators

You can export your data to Excel for further calculations:

  1. Go to the Performance Indicators tab.

  2. Click on the 3 dots at top right, then Export to Excel.

The file containing the week's figures will be e-mailed directly to you.
