How do I get my timesheets signed electronically on Skello?

Why is this important?

Many collective agreements require individual timesheets to be signed. Skello facilitates this process with an electronic signature.

What are the requirements?

  • Create a workshift or absence for the week to be signed.

  • Add an e-mail address to the employee concerned.

  • Subscribe to Skello's electronic signature option.


How do I get started?

  1. Access the schedule week:

    • Go to the week to be signed.

    • Click on the pencil at the top right of your screen.

How to send timesheets for e-signatures?

  1. Select employees:

    • A window opens with the Send tab.

    • Select the employees concerned.

    • Click on Send.

Note: Timesheets can only be sent for electronic signature for a full calendar week. It is not possible to send longer periods (such as a full month) or custom periods for electronic signature.

If you need to manage other periods, you can download the timesheet directly from the schedule, select the desired period, print it, and have it signed by your employees.

How do I track time-sheet e-signatures?

  1. Track status:

    • Sent: The e-mail has been received, but not yet signed.

      • Click on Resend for a reminder.

    • Signed: The timesheet has been signed.

      • Click on Download to obtain the signed sheet.

    • Go to the Follow-up tab.
      The list of employees appears with the following statuses:


How to resend a timesheet for e-signature?

If changes were made to the schedule after the initial sending
If you want to resend the timesheet with the changes included, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Planning" tab.

  2. Click on the pencil icon at the top right.

  3. In the window that opens, go to the "Send" tab, not the "Tracking" tab.

  4. Select the relevant employees.

  5. Click "Send".

If no changes were made to the schedule after the initial sending
If you want to resend the same timesheet as initially sent, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Planning" tab.

  2. Click on the pencil icon at the top right.

  3. In the window that opens, go to the "Tracking" tab and click "Resend" for the relevant employee.


How do I configure time sheet settings for employee e-signatures?

If you want to configure the display of the hour tracker or meal information for your employees at the end of each individual time sheet sent for e-signature, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Planning tab.

  2. Click on the printer icon at the top-right of your screen.

  3. Select the option "Individual timesheets" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Open the "Export and Print Settings" menu.

  5. Check or uncheck the options "Show Tracker" and "Show Meals" according to your preferences.

  6. Click on "Export" to save your changes.

Next, you can send the sheets for signature by clicking on the pencil icon at the top-right of your screen.
