Access to accurate, up-to-date information about your business enables you to make informed decisions to optimize your productivity, human resources management and schedules. With Skello, you can easily track your key indicators and act quickly.

How to access your home page?

To access your home page, click on the Skello logo or on the little house in the top right-hand corner of your screen.


How do you keep track of your figures?

Check the correlation between your hourly productivity and your sales figures

  • Two curves represent sales generated per day and productivity (sales/hours worked).

  • This graph lets you follow the evolution of the report between your sales and your productivity month after month.

Calculate your staff ratio

  • The staffing ratio represents the proportion of the cost of labor charged to sales.

  • Click on the Staff Ratio card to select the period you wish to study and enter your sales figures manually.

  • Compare with a previous period, anticipate your staffing and optimize your schedules.


How to manage your Human Resources?

Visualize absenteeism

  • This graph gives you an overview of unforeseen absences in your establishment (lateness, unjustified absences, sick leave and work-related accidents).

Track arrivals/departures in your establishment and your turnover rate

  • The turnover rate is an indicator of the health and attractiveness of your establishment.

  • The number of arrivals and departures for the month corresponds to the hiring and archiving dates entered in your employee files.

Stay informed about trial periods and expiring documents

  • Trial periods: Enter the end dates of trial periods in your new employees' contract data to get organized before they expire.

  • Expired documents: Enter the expiry date of your important documents when you add them to your employees' records to plan for their renewal.

Uncompleted profiles

  • Skello warns you when an essential piece of information is missing from your employee's file (hourly volume / e-mail).

Recent actions by your managers

  • The news feed lets you track the last 30 actions taken by your managers in your establishment: locking and unlocking days, changing optimization settings, adding or modifying an absence, modifying an employee profile.
