How to track your establishment's productivity in the Dashboard tab?
Updated over 2 months ago

Skello's dashboard lets you centralize, analyze and compare performance data such as sales, hours worked and absences. This information is taken directly from the establishment's performance indicators, hours worked and absences.

You can follow this article: Understanding Performance Indicators.

How do I access the Dashboard tab?

  1. Click on the Dashboard tab at the top of your screen.

This tab helps you centralize, analyze and compare your performance data for a period of up to 3 months and for one or more establishments. Customize your graphs for better management and scheduling.

What can you see in the Dashboard?

Tracking your sales

Two charts are available:

  1. Pre-tax sales over a period: Compare the sum of your actual pre-tax sales with the forecast pre-tax sales over the selected period (between 1 day and 13 months).

  2. Detail by day, week or month: Compare your actual vs. forecast sales excluding VAT over a specific period.

This information helps you to see if you have too many staff planned, and to apply corrective measures.

Track your payroll

Access data that will have an impact on your sales excluding VAT:

  1. Actual vs. forecast sales: Compare your actual sales with your forecast sales. To obtain this data, you'll need to enter it in Performance Indicator.

  2. Actual payroll: Track your personnel costs.

  3. Loaded payroll details: Compare your actual payroll with your forecast payroll.

Track your sales volumes

Two graphs show the evolution of actual and forecast sales volumes.

Tracking hours worked and absences

A bar graph compares hours worked by your employees and hours of absences over a given period.

Track hours worked by position

View the volume of hours worked per position to adjust and balance your payroll.

Track Sunday hours

Access the total volume of hours worked on Sundays and their evolution.

Breakdown of absences by compensation category

View the breakdown of absences (compensated by a third party, by the employer, or not compensated) over the course of a week.
