Why is this important?

Tracking and managing clocked-in and clocked-out times ensures accurate management of working hours and compliance with planned schedules. It also facilitates payroll preparation and attendance monitoring.

How can I modify the hours punched in the online area?

Managers who have been granted permission can modify time clocked hours from the Badgeuse tab on the site. Modifications apply to paid shifts.

  • To adjust hours in the event of an error (forgotten badge, incorrect punch), click on Modify in the top right-hand corner, enter the new hours, then validate.

Badged hours cannot be modified from the time clock application on the tablet.

How do I validate punch hours?

Validate paid daily or weekly shifts for an employee:

  1. Validate shifts:

    • Click on the blue Validate button in the top right-hand corner.

    • Validated hours appear on the schedule, showing scheduled and validated times.

  2. Update schedule:

    • Once validated, shifts are locked and displayed on the schedule, with deviations in case of late or early shifts.

If the punched hours are not validated, the planned hours are taken into account for the history of hours worked and the report.

Managers can add a note when validating punches, visible on the corresponding shift in the schedule.
