Why is this important?
With the time clock app installed on a tablet, you and your employer can keep precise track of your working hours. You can also be authorized to punch in from your cell phone via the Skello app.
How do I use the time clock?
When you take up your position
Punch in your arrival:
If you make a mistake, touch “It's not me” in the top right-hand corner of the confirmation window.Touch the Arrival button on the tablet screen.
Enter your personal PIN code.
If requested, sign with your finger on the white screen to confirm your presence.
A confirmation message appears, confirm to start your shift.
At the time of your break
Start break:
Touch the Start button on the tablet.
Enter your personal PIN code.
Select I'm going on break.
Return from break:
Touch the Arrival button on the tablet.
Enter your personal PIN code.
Confirm to resume your activity.
When you leave your position
Punch in your departure:
Touch the Departure button on the tablet.
Enter your personal PIN code.
Select I've finished my shift if this button appears.
Confirm in the confirmation window.
Where can I find my PIN code?
Your personal PIN code may have been sent to you by e-mail when you joined the company. If you haven't received it or have lost it, you can find it in your Skello mobile application under the Account tab.
